This pho is OK. we all got the special with meatball tripe steak and beef. Overall not a bad move of you like this kind of thing.

last time i was there (late last year), the menu hasn't changed since i started going there ... 15 years ago. Nothing has changed (except for the price) ... the place looked worn out ... food was bland.
