Dropped in for a few classes while visiting on business. Great little spot! Walker was an awesome instructor with a great playlist. Totally preferred being in the front row. Just pack socks because they have shoes, water and towels for you.

As a first-timer to this studio, I was very welcomed and both the instructor as well as the woman at the front desk ensured that I felt comfortable in the studio. I had a wonderful experience during the ride, and it went by quite quickly! It was nice when Tana turned the lights out while we were doing sprints because it allowed each rider to focus on their own ride. There was overall great hospitality and it was an awesome full body workout! Not going to lie, though, it was a tough ride, so I would not recommend it for someone who is just starting a workout routine.
