This box is exceptional; the owner really knows how to coach and runs a well organized clean Crossfit gym. I travel a lot for work and have had the unfortunate experience of experiencing some sub-par crossfit locations…this one sticks out as one of the best. If you are looking to start crossfit, or for a new location I highly recommend joining here.
