I called to report and ask how to file a claim after being in a car accident... The person that answered the phone was very impatient and even rude. Whyyy??? Just because it was 4:45 pm and almost time to close shop? My goodness... Wasn't there enough trauma? And by the way she never asked if everyone was okay. Very poor customer service.
