Patty is a fabulous instructor. I have been practicing yoga and Usui Reiki for many years. After taking yoga from Patty, my energy changed my Reiki healing sessions became more powerful. My vibration has gotten higher and I have felt a profound change in my overall health and well-being. You need to take yoga here! She has something for everyone at any age or physical condition.
