Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have been wearing glasses for 40 yrs and Dr Herbst is the best optometrist I have ever encountered. When my insurance changed and I had to go elsewhere my family had serious eye infections from the new contacts and solutions. We quickly changed insurance and went back to Dr Herbst and have not had any problems since.
