Property was not as described. Ruined our vacation. So Unprofessional, have no customer service skills. would never deal with them again.

Bed Bug Ridden Villa with no apology or compassion from Vacanza Rentals.
Stayed at Villa Dolphin, whole family were eaten alive by mature bug beds and had to terminate holiday. No alternative accommodation or help offered from Vacanza Rentals.
Regular visitors to Florida, would never book with them again.
