Very fast and polite service that I have experienced in a long time. The wait time to be taken care of was less than 3 minutes! Every time I go to the bank I am treated this way: Awesome!

With so many bank that offer many options, Evans does not offer the perks and the level of customer service depends on the day. Overall I was disappointed with them and would not recommend them.

Evans bank has always been expediant in resolving any issue or questions I have had. Their staff inside the West Seneca branch I use is always pleasent.
