Conestee Mill Dam. A dam has been in existence on this spot on the Reedy River since 1820. The current dam was constructed in 1892 to serve as a grist mill, it would later be used to generate the first electricity in Greenville County. - Greenville Downtown Airport photo gallery at Panoramio
