I've been on three retreats with in:spa. The first - as a journalist for The Sunday Times - literally changed my life. As well as fixing a long-running health problem, it introduced me to yoga and changed the way I thought about food. After a week, I'd never felt more healthy, fit and full of vitality. I've been back twice as a paying guest, and always greatly enjoyed the mix of exercise, activity, relaxation, great company and superb food. If you feel you need a break from a stressful unhealthy lifestyle to get yourself back on track, this is a great way to do it.
