We tried to buy tickets for rail travel in China. We e-mailed them, we telephoned them five times and we visited them. We got absolutely no where. This must be one of the most useless travel services in the world. Unhelpful, lacking in resourcefulness and completely indifferent to the customers. An appalling advertisement for China. Have nothing to do with them
