I've just finished my Gyrotonic foundation level 1 teacher training with Elaine & Beatrice in London,by having two instructors hosting the course i felt i learned so much more with twice the information and feedback.I can strongly recommend the studio for both Gyrotonic & Pilates for teachers and the average Joe.It was a a trek for me to get there travelling from Liverpool ,but well worth the journey South.
