Angela crackling ( receptionist) needs to change her attitude. Such lovely staff here and so it's very disappointing when that one person ruins the reputation of others. Putting a patient on hold diliberatly to go for lunch is wrong!

Receptionists are always very lovely. I've gone through 3 orthodontists here and 2 were very professional and lovely, one seemed less professional and was a bit rough on me but she must have been new so that's understandable.
