Total Combat Arts is run by a friendly, knowledgeable instructor. Matt has many years experience in many different martial arts including Krav Maga, Esrkima, Jeet Kune Do, Kickboxing and I'm sure others!
The classes are very friendly and I recommend it to anyone wanting to learn self defence in Bristol.
