I thought that this was "the" spa to go to in Geneva but was left very disappointed. My flight arrived late (30 minutes). I raced to the spa and arrived exhausted and ready for my treatments. Was very disappointed by the customer service. I was charged for a Bikini wax i could not have as i arrived late and it was a full bikini wax for 120 chf!! Treatments were average. They were not bothered about me coming back which is just as well as i never will!
