A good hotel in downtown Dakar, Le Ndiambour's staff are friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is decent. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable, and there's a rooftop pool. The hotel is within easy walking distance to Presse Cafe, as well as the Institut Francais, which has a good restaurant.

Muslim hogel, no alcohol on the rooftop bar that also has a pool, could have been great. Rooms are large and price is OK, but breakfast is a ripoff. Very centrally located.

How can this hotel boast 4 stars? The room smells of stale smoke, all the metal bits in the bathroom are rusty, there are holes in the towels, the windows won't close properly, it's noisy and so far I have only met one staff member who is nice. Did I check in the wrong hotel? Because nothing is right here!
