VERY DISAPPOINTING! In my 2 weeks, in new zealand this is the worst customer service experience. I had a car booked in Welllington. On calling their toll free landline, i was advised to call another guy for the car booking. That guy never picked. I couldnt get car on time and spoiled my entire day in Wellington.
