Will never return to this studio. Not only a horrible experience with the militant commander style of the teacher (also the owner 'Huub'), he directs an unsafe practice & the facilities were very unsanitary also. I would not recommend & will warn everyone I know in Amsterdam about this experience.

Really good hot yoga school, where you are sure to learn good practices and make progress. The teacher is a bit tough, deal with it and it will be a great bikram session. Avoid saturday class as they are particularly busy.

It was an ok, chilled out yoga session, but with a bit too much new age talking for me. When I mentioned this, it was discarded as me having a judging mind. Oh, the irony!

For the first time in many years of doing Bikram yoga, I was tempted to leave a class in this studio due to the dangerous teaching practices of the main instructor. He is not a guide, he is a militant commander - he calls out and loudly shames anyone who is listening to their body and not pushing it beyond their limits. This is a very uncomfortable place to practice hot yoga (not to mention the facilities are frankly below par as well). I will not return.

This yoga school is amazing. Love the atmosphere....Amazing yoga lessons and the friendliness welcome one could wish for****
