Most unreal place in Osaka! Hand-built ramps, a true skater's paradise!
Hard to find as it's inside a building right behind another (sandwiched between the street and the river) but google maps is very precise. Enter through one of the doors (that is not a toilet) in the alley between the two buildings and you'll find a mini ramp with some wooden stairs going up!
