4* Hotel though overall rooms and breakfast more fitting of a 3*. Bed very comfy and room very quiet.

Lovely staff, lovely clean hotel with very nice rooms. The free buffet breakfast is actually very good. Would recommend

I just love Rome! other wise this place was to small for 3 people, but the breakfast... it is worth the stay Makes me want to go back to Roma!

Horrible experience here, the staff was rude about our included breakfast and divided us based on "groups" even though it was the same breakfast. Also it was 90+ degrees Fahrenheit and the air conditioning didn't work. The front boasts 4 stars, if I could give it less than 1 I would.
