We have been going to this place for the past few many months as it is quite nearby. The amenities are not that great but they have everything in place to do tests. Other hospitals in this area are speciality hospitals like bone and joint / trauma. We were quite attached to the doctor's and staff over there and they have always been very courteous and caring.
Today I went there in morning for regular tests for my grandmother, after check ups we met duty doctor who asked to consult with (daptologist) and asked to come by 7. He got us an appointment and the doctor's name is Sugumari. She was clearly briefed about the case and he had even taken two copies of all reports, one for her and one for his records.
I called up in advance and confirmed our presence by 7 but she comes half an hour late. On top of it her behavior towards my grandmother was not at all acceptable and she was bloody rude. Behaved as if she is treating for free, though we paid 400 for her bloody two minutes. Earlier in the morning we had paid 500 for consultation to the other doctor.
We have been to various hospitals in many cities and if you are visiting again for same case in 24 to 48 hours, usually there is no additional charges.
As I mentioned earlier, we have been to this place quite a few times. Treatment was ok but doctor's don't stay here for long and you always have some issues like lift not working, AC not working etc.
If this feedback stays here, than assume that the management did nothing about this lady's unacceptable behavior towards their regular patient.
