Mike has been my personal trainer for 2 years now and during this time I have lost 18. More to this, I am now feeling more fit and alive than ever!
Mike really knows how to push you to your limits with a one-on-one private training session, but also really fun during the group Boot Camp Activities!
I highly recommend anyone who has a personal fitness goal to speak with Mike at DX3.
