I've been using Alan Reis as my sole travel agent for over a decade and a half, and he and his team have been extraordinary. In the age of internet 'bucket shops' having a professional who learns a client's requirements and quirks is a marvellous breath of fresh air. Reis & James (and its predecessors that Alan Reis was engaged with) have *never* let me down, and have dealt with my unexpected rerouting and changes while overseas without missing a step. I cannot recommend these agents highly enough. Complete personalised professionalism.
