I can only share my experience and let you decide if you would ever deal with such a company. I for sure WOULD NOT ever again! I was referred to Auto cars Kirti Nagar and decided to buy my new Maruti Ciaz from them. The initial interaction was pleasant and proactive, with the sales person following through on a daily basis. Even though I live in Gurgaon and had no need for any other service other than buying a car for cash, I naively thought of going with Auto Cars, instead of a dealer, in the hope that somewhere the service levels would be more personalized. WRONG! After picking up the car on a Thursday evening last month, interaction with Auto Cars has been nothing but an ever increasing frustrating experience. The "friendly" sales person became rude, hostile and refused to deliver on promises made at the time of the sale! I don't know why anybody would go to anyone other than a dealer. I have been burnt and learned my lesson so posting this in the hope that other don't get taken in like I did. My recommendation, if you're an individual buyer, stick to buying your car from a Dealer!
